With ios Apple, every app on the stores, every client has their own developer account, so they would open the account and you would simply publish to that account.

Once you have finished building the app and want to show your client you have 2 ways of showing it to them before you publish it.
Inside your dashboard, on the left there is a button that says promote, you click that, scan the qr code and the app pops up on your mobile, you then simple save that url link and text that to your client.
The 2nd option is, in your publication area, you can download the APK and send that to them by email and they can download that if they use an android device.
